Return shipments (returns)

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

The customer shall bear any customs duties incurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Tarasoles sandals and already used DIY kits are excluded from return. If the fault lies with us, we will of course remake the sandals. The deadline is 4 weeks. Laces and grounding rivets are excluded from the warranty as they are subject to wear and tear

To complete your return, we need the order number from the online store.

Please do not return your purchase without emailing info@tarasoles.com first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

We replace new items only if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@tarasoles.com. For items purchased in the offer is a complaint excluded.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to reach you.
