SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Within Germany, a shipping fee of 5.00 euros is charged. For shipments to other countries, the respective postage costs for parcels apply.

Attention! We ship within Germany with Hermes and send a tracking by email. For other EU countries, we offer the option of an insured or uninsured shipment. We are only liable for lost goods in case of insured shipment.

Payment in advance.

Upon receipt of your payment on our account, your order will be executed by our workshop and will normally be sent to you within 10 working days.

Complaint

Custom-made sandals are excluded from exchange. If the production error is with us, the sandals can be complained about within 14 days, upon prior arrangement. The sandals must not have been worn outside and show no signs of wear and tear. No guarantee can be given for the wear of the senkels. Senkel are subject to natural wear and tear and must be renewed by the customer himself. There is a detailed guide to this.
