Known from the book “Born to Run”, this minimalist barefoot sandal comes closest to the huarache footwear of the Tarahumara Indians. The soft 15mm strap with a black or brown smooth leather look (vegan) ensures a good fit and can be easily adjusted and set using the heel buckle. The inside of the straps is soft and supple to prevent pressure points even on longer tours. We recommend these sandals for every occasion, for running, hiking and as travel sandals.

This sandal is available immediately after production.

Earthing

We use a copper rivet for earthing, which is worked into the heel area. Earthing is not possible with the mountain base.

The new Huarache Classic. Click here for the product video. We manufacture these barefoot sandals based on your footprint. Choose your favorite insole:

  • Super Slim sole: 4mm Vibram Supernewflex lightweight sole plus surface (for an authentic barefoot feel)
  • Asphalt-walnut sole: 4mm Vibram Supernewflex lightweight sole, 2mm walnut EVA plus surface (for harder surfaces)
  • Standard cork sole: 4mm Vibram Supernewflex lightweight sole, 2mm cork latex plus surface (rather harder sole)

The custom-made models are all produced in an orthopaedic manufactory to fit your feet exactly and are therefore non-returnable. The Huarache Classic can be grounded on request.
